Improve your problem-solving abilities and gain effective tools to better manage conflict situations as they arise in the workplace. Using the TKI (Thomas Kilmann Instrument) as the basis for discussion, you will be introduced to and then take a TKI assessment. Your primary and secondary conflict management style will be uncovered and discussed. In addition, you will receive a manual entitled “Introduction to Conflict and Teams” to assist in applying what you have learned. Classroom discussion will include ‘real world’ situations and role playing to demonstrate and practice situational application skills.
