BRCC students and Distance Learners registered in Curriculum and Continuing Education courses have four online accounts:

Account Set Ups

  • It can take about two hours for your BRCC accounts to be fully created.
  • If you recently applied to Blue Ridge Community college using CFNC:
    It will take approximately 24 hours before you are able to access WebAdvisor or MyBlueRidge.
  • If you recently registered to take a class or enrolled into an academic program:
    It will take at least one hour before your accounts are fully created.

Set up and Access Your Online Accounts

1. To begin, set up your student account in WebAdvisor (http://online.blueridge.edu)

  • Follow the steps to get your Username, and to log in with a temporary password found at the link, “I’m New to BRCC” located at the bottom right of WebAdvisor.
  • Once you log in with the temporary password, you must click Change Password to setup your own password.
  • Please do not reuse the temporary password
  • Please do not use the temporary password to log into a system other than WebAdvisor.

 

2. For online classes, log in to Moodle (http://blueridge.mrooms.net)

  • Your username and password is the same that you set up in WebAdvisor in step #1.
  • Note: You will not see your courses listed until the first scheduled day of classes.

 

3. For your student email (also known as Webmail), wait at least 15 minutes after step #1 before clicking the Student Webmail link or navigating to http://webmail.blueridge.edu.

  • Log in using your username + @webmail.blueridge.edu and the new password that you created in WebAdvisor in step #1.

All email from the college and from your classes will come to your Webmail address.

If you are a new student and you are unable to log into your @webmail.blueridge.edu account using the new password you set in step #1 above, please wait at least one hour and repeat step # 1 above.

 

4. For your school records, grades, schedules, payments, or transcripts, log in to myBlueRidge

  • Wait at least 15 minutes after step #1 above before logging in at http://my.blueridge.edu
  • Your username and password is the same that you set up in WebAdvisor in step #1.
