Defensive Driving Courses
Blue Ridge Community College offers the following Defensive Driving Courses on the Henderson County Campus:
DDC 4 (four-hour):
Offered every week (except Holidays) on Saturdays; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Offered Select Saturdays; 1 to 5 p.m.
Offered Thursdays twice a month; 6 to 10 p.m.
Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving (eight-hour):
Offered Saturdays twice a month; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Registration for Defensive Driving courses must be completed in person. We cannot complete registrations by phone.
At the time of registration, students can choose class date from the available pre-scheduled dates.

Your Citation (Ticket)
Authorization to Attend, (if you have been given one)
Social Security Number
Payment for course (cash, money order, or certified checks will be accepted; no personal checks; no credit cards)
Classes are offered in the Henderson Campus only.
Persons under 18 who have not completed high school (except for Henderson and Transylvania County Public School Students) are required to obtain an “Application for Enrollment in Off-Campus Courses” from their school principal to attend a class on a college campus.
