Responsibilities for Faculty:
Works with curriculum and continuing education faculty to set up and deliver online education. (Contact Leah for course shells and Moodle support.)
Supervises the Open Lab in Henderson County Campus Library, Killian 109 and work-study students in the lab.
Responsibilities for Students:
Assists with online and email account set up and maintenance via phone and in-person support and online tutorials.
Delivers phone and in-person support for technical issues with Moodle (online platform).
Available by request of faculty for in class Moodle and email account setup assistance.
Hires and supervises Work-Study students for the Open Lab in Henderson County Campus Library, Killian 109.
